Dennis M. Barrineau, President & Executive Director
Dennis Barrineau is the President and Executive Director of NICE, where he has served since 2014. Dennis brings rich industry knowledge and visionary strategic leadership to the organization.

Dennis grew up in Andrews, South Carolina, and received a Bachelor of Business Administration at The Citadel in Charleston. His depth of industry knowledge stems from decades of direct experience. For 17 years, Dennis worked at Owens Corning in various capacities and gained valuable insights into the building materials sector. His tenure included serving as the Plant Manager for an Owens Corning Plant based in Fairburn, Georgia, becoming the Director of Planning, Sourcing, and Logistics for Insulation in Toledo, Ohio, and serving as the Plant Manager for an Owens Corning Roofing and Asphalt Plant in Denver, Colorado.
Following Owens Corning, Dennis took on the role of President and Chief Executive Officer for U.S. GreenFiber for 16 years. In this capacity, he oversaw the development, planning, and implementation of strategic plans, spearheaded growth initiatives, and drove a winning company culture with the introduction of shared values.
Today, Dennis has a passion for supporting NICE members and their vision to be recognized as the best insulation contractors in the industry. Specifically, he is dedicated to helping members drive growth and improve efficiencies in their own businesses, and he takes pride in upholding NICE’s values in the work he does each day.

Denise Miller, Finance Director
Denise Miller serves as the Financial Services Director for NICE. Raised on a farm in southwestern Iowa, Denise brings a strong work ethic and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to her leadership in financial services.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Central College and over 30 years of experience in financial management, Denise oversees NICE’s day-to-day financial affairs, including general accounting, financial transactions, rebate management, payroll, budgeting, and insurance administration. Her expertise in QuickBooks and advanced financial systems ensures accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of NICE’s financial operations.
Before joining NICE, Denise held senior accounting roles such as Controller, Corporate Accountant, and Accounting Manager across multiple industries. She has managed full-cycle accounting and payroll for large organizations, and the implementation of advanced financial systems, consistently driving operational efficiency, compliance, and process improvement.
Denise is committed to ensuring NICE members receive the highest level of financial stewardship and service, and maintaining strong relationships with members, supplier partners, and advisors. She also provides backup support to the Member Services Director. Her collaborative leadership style, attention to detail, and dedication to continuous improvement make her a valuable asset to NICE and its mission.
